Space and luxury abound in this home. Each room has been carefully furnished and decorated by the owners to meet their own demanding standards. It features a large comfortable Family Room with a queen sized sofa bed, a 36” flat screen color TV and a Playstation II, giving access directly to the deck and a private pool. The living room is for those quiet moments to just sit back and relax. The formal dining room provides an elegant setting for that special meal, or for entertaining. The full sized kitchen has all basic appliances, including a large fridge/ freezer with icemaker, and a breakfast table. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with sliding patio door that opens directly onto the pool deck, with a spacious en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, night-table and cable TV & DVD player. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, night-table and cable TV & DVD player are included in this room. There are also two additional bedrooms, one with a twin beds and the other with a set of Disney bunk beds and between them share the 3rd bathroom. Each room has its own cable TV, DVD player and an alarm clock.
