This kitchen has an open plan with high ceilings and plants tumbling down

from the high wall recesses. It offers every modern convenience. Full oven

and cook top, dishwasher, double sink unit, large refrigerator with ice-maker,

microwave oven, coffee maker, electric can-opener, crockery, cutlery and

tableware. The nook area has a table for 6 providing

the perfect breakfast or occasional eating.

 

   

 

Formal Living/Dining Room

Spacious Great Room with vaulted ceilings. This

room offers a formal area with dining for  8 or 10. The living area is furnished to

the highest standards with a coffee table, 2 side tables, lamps and a sofa .

Laundry Room

Large washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and a vacuum cleaner.

Master Suite 1- King Bed

A luxury American king sized bed and bedroom suite with a large walk-in

closet and en-suite bathroom.  The en-suite offers separate shower cubicle

and features bath, twin wash basins a built-in vanity unit and a separate

walk-in-closet. It opens out onto the pool area giving easy access for that early morning swim.

 

   

Master Suite 2 - Queen Bed

A luxury american queen sized bed and bedroom

suite. This bedroom has a large  closet and

en-suite bathroom, comprising a wash basin

vanity unit, shower in bath and closet.

Bedroom 3

Twin Beds, large closet, dresser and mirror.

Family/Breakfast Room

Spacious Family Room with vaulted ceilings. This

room offers a unformal area with dining for  8. The family/ breakfast area is furnished to

the highest standards with a coffee table, 2 side tables, lamps, a leather sofa with 

pull out bed that sleeps 2, a love seat and a chair.  The entertainment

center has a large  36" TV with cable access, Playstation II/ DVD & VCR player.

Bedroom 4

Disney Bunk Beds, large closet, dresser and mirror. 

Full bathroom between bedroom 3 & 4

Our garage area has been converted to a Games Room, which has a Pool Table, & Air Hockey Table.

Baby Equipment

Crib, Stroller and Highchair are provided FREE OF CHARGE for the use of all our younger guests for the duration of the stay.

Private Pool & Spa

Our private Pool with raised Jacuzzi is fully screened by shrubbery and underwater lighting making night swimming inviting! A child safety, rollaway protective pool fence, to guard against toddlers falling into pool is in the home, provided FREE OF CHARGE for your peace of mind. Our large corner plot has landscaping and palm trees providing privacy. The pool deck has 2 sun loungers, a table and 4 comfortable chairs for dining 'Al Fresco' on the warm Floridian evenings. All accessible by sliding doors from the master bedroom and family room.
